"9-11 wasn't the triumph of the human spirit.
It was the fuck up of a guy on vacation" Bill Maher I suggest we email this everywhere especially to media sources and the Kerry campaign continually today. This is the point folks.Every thing else folds in on that fact like a house of cards. If no comment continues to be made, Bush will triumph on the back of the biggest national security failure in history.Start those faxes now! Today is the most significant day to remind everyone.Remember 9-11 by broadcasting the truth and demanding accountability!

1. The acts of bravery, heroism and unity of numerous Americans on that day..
...DO represent the triumph of the human spirit.

I would shit upon that concept at your own peril.

What we SHOULD seek to debunk is the glorifying of Bush's actions in the wake of 9/11, get people to review THAT. Many remember him as steady and brave, but upon closer inspection, his behavior seems less extraordinary, and his decisions appear increasingly suspect.

I wouldn't recommend attacking people's pride at the individual acts of courage by ordinary Americans on that day. There's nothing wrong with feeling good about that.

2. Fine say nothing about human spirit!
But the day is being painted with a grandeur it doesn't deserve. Maher is right.Bush should not be allowed to profit from a fuck up.Roosevelt didn't run on Pearl Harbor! So we don't glorify Bush and point out he killed thousands of Americans while on vaction. He was asleep at the wheel, not a hero!
