Rudy Giuliani Is NOT MY MAYOR
I am so sick of the media constantly having 'America's Mayor' assigned to Rudy Giuliani's name.

HE IS NOT MY MAYOR.

He did nothing special on 9/11 that any other american wouldn't have been able to do, same goes for shrub. I am tired of people glorifying these mediocre to sub-standard politicians.

And if you need any other reason to hate him, just look at what he has done since 9/11. he supports a failed presidency that has done nothing but fuck over NYC at every chance since 9/11, JUST TO HELP HIS POLITICAL CAREER. He is just as bad as W in using NYC as a prop for their campaigns and ignoring it once the cameras are turned off.

If he truly loved NYC, or america for that matter, he wouldn't let himself be USED as a propaganda tool of the bush/cheney pathetic excuse for an administration.

He is a fucking disgrace. HE IS NOT MY MAYOR.

1. Exactly
One day could not possibly erase 8 years of Rudy's inability to shovel shit from one place to another.

3. He did his job on 9/11

He is lionized because he was working in a leadership vacuum. (He WAS in physical danger that day, and he didn't run away)

Bush started his hippity-hop scared rabbit flight around the country once he was jogged loose from the frozen zone in that classroom.

(ps, I am not a big Rudy fan..he was a dreadful mayor otherwise)

5. What leadership vacuum? It took
hundreds of people to make Rudi look good that day and the three weeks after, many of them are dead. Further, what Rudi did was spend face time in front of the camera, but isn't that what Rudi has always done. And for strange reason, the more face time a politician spend in front of the camera, the more people give him credit for being strong and reassuring. Amazing.

And, if you're speaking about Bushie and company MIA for those few day, well, the country has been rudderless for almost four year. We're surviving, barely.

8. 9/11 save his political ass.
He was done as a politician after Diallo, Dorismond, et al. Nyers were sick of him.

9. Since rudy supports bush..I can
only surmise that he is a frickin' idiot..missing important brain cells.

The media is right along side of him in that bed.

I wonder what rudy's poll is in NYC by now..after that disgraceful turn at the rnc?

10. St. Rudy of 9-11 is a sanctimonious whore...
he used to have integrity when he was mayor- he always supported the police in every instance, even when it was very unpopular.

Now that he is in charge of licking Bush's ass, have you heard a peep from him on the assault weapons ban which will expire on Monday? Every police official in the nation has decried that because it will endanger cops, citizens, and of course, put legal WMD in the hands of willing terrorists.

But Ka-Ching...Ka-Ching... why bother with integrity when you can whore yourself for $100,000 a speech, milking our national tragedy for politcal ambition and easy money.

I respected him once, though I didn't always agree with him, and even defended him to my more liberal friends. But he has become freakish, absurd and stands for nothing but his own personal/career enrichment.

11. Thank God we had President George Bush who refused to read the Hart-Rudman
report on global terror that was given to him on Jan.30, 2001.

If we had a president who actually read the report and implemented it with urgency, then I, Rudolph Giuliani, wouldn't be nearly as famous or wealthy as I am today.
