Freepers with "taste" ?
An actual snip from a post I saw....

<snip>
I think that only one thing will stop that eval CrapBC. A boycot of there sponsers.

I am gonna boycot Wallmart. I don't care if my home decorating suffers, they deserve it if they are gonna support a Kerry loving journalist.

I am gonna call my Wallmart's manager tommarow and tell him that noone in my family will shop there anymore. I'll take my money to people who support the GOP cause.

Who else should I ad to my boycot list?

</snip>

Decorating your home from Walmat... now that is rich.. *grin

5. The Freeptards are even dumber than I thought
(as if their spelling weren't proof enough) if they boycott Wally World, one of the most anti-union, pro-Republican corporations in the known universe. But, hey, I'm happy about anything that screws Wal-Mart.

6. must be an inner conflict
what with the allure of a store that discriminates against women and lies about the citizenship of the employess.

guess they'll have to settle for finding their shabby chic at Target (the abundance of red should be appealing) or *gasp* Ikea.

7. Damn, the spelling makes it torture to read!
eval? CrapBC (Bill Clinton?)
boycot
sponser
Wallmart (if you shop there, didn't you ever read the Gi-normous SIGN?)
tommarow
ad

Nice spelling.

And they'll only support stores that only support the GOP? What store would be stupid enough to only sell products that appeal to a mere 30~40% of the population?

There is another 30~40% of the US that is HARDCORE democrat, and a corresponding demand for democrat books.

I'm not going to make fun of people from decorating from Wal-Mart. I can't afford fancy stuff either. Lucky for us, there's an IKEA here, but most of America has never heard of IKEA...

8. IKEA
sorry, didn't mean to imply anything snobby about IKEA, I was thinking more of how the owners are now among the richest people in the US, or world, now, something most freeps admire.

personally, I've never been to an IKEA in my life, and Seattle is a very IKEA place. I'm more early garage sale/hand-me-downs chic, and proud of it.

9. I go to used stores, but IKEA is nice and affordable.
Their things are well coordinated to go together, and they've got a playroom where they'll look after the tots for you while you shop.

The minus is that it's so big it's really overwhelming...

11. Two birds ...
Taking' down WalMart and pissing off the Freeps! Is it Christmas? WM just may have orchestrated its own undoing. Haha. I wish it were true ... but I'm sure Billy Ray there, and the rest of his clan will be a-runnin' on back as soon as they realize that they have no where else to shop.

17. My wife is a Wal-Mart manager and she says the Wal-Mart PAC is 100% GOP
She will not contribute to it even under presssure becuase of what they support.
She has to be careful with her campaign buttons not to set off other managers or the DM. Yet Wal-Mart posts political propaganda in the break rooms.

19. Not to take away from the sheer flippant nature of the Walmart lady's
post,but Walmart actually just started in the last couple of years to get political and hire lobbyist, after years of a 'no politics' stance. They had to because so many people are after their greedy cheap asses. They actually donate 50/50 to repubs and dems...bascially playing both sides of the fence.

Oh well, they still suck...and I'm still not decorating with apple decor in my kitchen...
