Can someone explain why the supreme court is not a top three talking point
for Kerry? I just don't get it. I hope to god some jackass pollster didn't tell them the focus group didn't like it, but that's my guess.

If that guess is true, I wish somebody at Team Kerry had given it a second of thought: People may not respond to the supreme court argument unless they realize what's at stake. Well, making it a major issue would have--you guessed it--educated them about what's at stake!

2. I'm hopeful it will be after listening to him mention the SC twice in
his CBC speech tonight. It should be, you're right.

3. Didn't Gore Try That With Limited Resonance?
They tried using that in 2000 and it never seemed to go anywhere with voters. I do think it is the most important thing that will result from this election however- I just don't know how you frame something that hasn't happened yet.

3 most important words for this election

5. Because of the Catholic Church
If Kerry talks about the Supreme Court too much,
the bishops will be more insistant about ordering their flock to vote for Boosh.
The churches are more powerful than the pro-choice forces in the swing states.
