Any news on the Berg case?
I know about the SCOTUS refusal to hear the Donofrio case, and I'm tasting the sweet and yummy tears of unfathomable Freeper sadness right now.

But I haven't heard anything about the Berg case. I'm presuming that because Donofrio's been rejected, the odds of Berg having better luck are extremely remote.

But I was wondering if there's any news I haven't heard so far...

3. Ah, that explains a few things.
I thought Berg's was the case that Clarence Thomas referred to the full SCOTUS, but it turns out it was Donofrio.

Anyways, it does look like the whole pile of Obama birth certificate crap has been laughed out of court.

5. In federal, yes
Berg appealed to SCOTUS

He's also got an appeal in the court of appeals, and a sealed "whistleblower" case in federal courts demanding Obama pay back his Senatorial salary due to his being a non-US citizen.

A clone of Donofrio's case, Wrotnowski's, just got submitted for conference on 12/12 by Justice Scalia.

6. Can anyone speak to the specifics of Wrotnowski?
How does it differ from the others?
