Rove scripting the Sun AM shows
Flipping around:

Alex Witt, showing cleavage today for some reaason, implies that the documents are false and basically dismisses the Kerry campaign's denial of same.

Candy has an African-american reporter reporting the Black suppresion-of-vote story and everyone acts as though this is just the most ridiculous proposition they ever heard and gives weight to the * administrations sanctimonious refusal to answer the charges yesterda.

Matthews is just insufferable and he's just certain that Kerry and the Dems are finished.

My local news has not bothered to even mention the explosion in N. Korea, although we have a million stories on Ivan, which is nowhere near Philly.

Fox is Fox, although interestingly the gal in the middle of the sandwich is showing less leg than usual.

1. And on Meet the Press,
Edited on Sun Sep-12-04 09:32 AM by Bullshot
Tim Russert was asking questions to Madeleine Albright about Kerry's response to the question, "Knowing what you know now about Iraq, would you still go to war there?" Russert kept harping about Kerry's response, as if Kerry was the one who cooked the intelligence to sway public sentiment into war; as if Kerry was the one responsible for the hundreds of billions of dollars in costs to U.S. taxpayers from the war; as if Kerry is responsible for alienating our allies for unilaterally attacking Iraq; as if Kerry is responsible for coming up with this bogus list of countries assisting us in the war.

Russert just let Colin Powell give lame answers about Sudan and his recent statement on the "genocide" occurring there, and about Cheney's remark this week in which he was saber-rattling fear by implying that we'd be attacked by terrorists if Kerry is elected president.

In the segment with Sy Hersh and Bob Woodward, Russert made Bush's lemming mentality assertiveness a virtue and kept harping on how the Kerry campaign is dead in the water.

2. Matthews...
...was "certain that Kerry and the Dems are finished" on the second night of the RNC. He made a comment along the lines of "this race is OVER"....

So consider the source.

3. Things must be really bad for the Bush Campaign
because the whores are in full, super spin mode this morning.

Hang on folks, there's light at the end of the tunnel. We are watching the last, desperate breaths of the Leviathan.

4. Faux news flunkie different treatment of his two guest would be a fab case
study of media bias. He leads C. Powell with softball questions like "good progress" huh? After their mutual masterbatory exercise, punk-ass Wallace riddles Holbrooke with a breakneck series of Kerry's "flip flops." Typical shit from FauxNews i guess. Why bother?

But Juan Williams just laid into the Shrimp Boat Liars big time, leaving all the knuckle-draggers on the panel in a tizzzzzzy. We may not be seeing him 'round much longer.

5. Your pornographic reports.
I find them tiresome. Why anyone would spoil their Sunday mornings like that is beyond my comprehension.

8. ...because:
I'm sure the Germans read their newspapers and listened to their radios and tried to ignore the threatening meanace of fascism as well.

I am getting anxiety attacks watching this unfold in the way that it is doing so - what the hell are these reporters going to say when it all goes COMPLETELY awry? Gee whiz? Who'da thunk it?

It's jsut unbelievable that * is not at all responsible for this catastrophe and Kerry has to explain away, as Woodward said today, what he would have done instead. Like that's a vote of confidence for *.

IT MAKES NO SENSE!!

9. Hey you...
Many of us are doing things besides this - I'm also doing this. If I can't do more than one thing at a time, than I'm not much better off than those in the WH now am I?

I also take exception at your language directed at me. This is not paranoia and this is for real. Get with the program - thiese threads inspire many to question authority of the Press and of the people who have assumed power.

12. OK, so Rove controls the media then? Prove it.
That's paranoia and it's in your post title.

Yes, Kerry is being criticized - it's what they do for a living - if he doesn't like it, then why doesn't he DO something about it?

11. I thought this was a good thread.
And I thank the poster for putting it together. It's not paranoia. Look around any of the media threads.

13. I love the irony (dare I call it hypocrisy?), Spocko!
You complain about reading "stupid posts", then blast others for complaining about something that bothers them!

Priceless!

14. Yes, I have that right and will excercise it freely here.
That's the nice thing about "forums" - they allow all sorts of debates and disagreements to happen - all at the same time. If you can't take the criticism then go watch the 700 club or soemthing - hahaha.

It was a sarcastic, metaphorical title for my original post...

Your inherent hostility is what I take exception to, not your misreading of the obvious.
