Kerry should should reach out to "cell phone" voters

He should point them out and say that they are under the radar to this administration and the media elites. Millions of Americans aren't being counted in the polls or in the unemployment statistics. They are the young and the less affluent, but they are just as important as the landline Americans as they are the future. Making this point would allow him to attack the media about polling and attack the administration for neglecting America's young people at the same time.
