19. he's been on a short leash for 6 weeks or so
and has stopped slurring his words so badly and seems to be walking a little more steadily.

Looks like he's got another gin blossom now, this one on his right cheek, in addition to the small bruise above his left eyebrow.

7. A hang-over look, that was perked up with a good shot or two
of top shelf whiskey. Bet his heart is racing up a little bit. Blotchy skin color also!

9. Alcoholic induced diabetes?
Some kind of pancreatic or liver syndrome due to overdependence and long term chemical usage? Or just worried near to death?

14. Or just worried near to death?<< Could be second guessing
the "decisions" he has allowed others to make for him.... such as Iraqgate.

Ignoring 911 warnings

Going on vacation

Chalabi

WMD

Plame

Tax Cuts

Healthcare

Corporate welfare

No Bid Contracts in Iraq

Forcing democracy on people who don't desire it

Instigating a real clash of civilizations by force

A simple blue dress would be much easier to take at this point.

10. He turned his back and walked away from a question about the gun ban
today. Chimpy was at a convenience store and the person who asked the question caught him by surprise. One of his handlers quickly said "thank you very much" as Georgie was hustled away.

13. He's plumb tuckered out from all the rapturin' and faith healin'
and holy rollerin' in saving the masses of sinners who flock to him wherever he goes. Even Jesus himself didn't work this hard to save the souls of man. Roses bloom in Dubya footfalls and aromatic incense emerges from his anus when he defecates. Here he is in the photo below, tirelessly leading an army of Christian soldiers massed behind him, shouting to the heavens for divine guidance, as he marches off to fight the heathen and save the soul of the world:
