Politics on the schoolbus: a happy story from my son
When my second grader got off the bus today in Portland, he reported the following:

"When we drove by that Bush yard sign, all the kids on the bus started booing and yelling 'Bush Sucks!'"

(Believe me, that is a lone Bush sign in a sea of Kerry signs.)

I think the fact that all these kids have picked up on their parents' intense anti-Bush sentiment is a good omen for our side.

2. Right on. My 9-year-old is even campaigning
There's a little boy at school who likes her. My daughter is always drilling him (and anyone who'll listen) about how great Kerry is and how scary Bush is.

Her favorite line: "Do you want to keep taking those stupid EOG tests? Then don't vote for Bush!". The little fellows' folks love the Shrub, but now he's trying to talk them into voting for Kerry.

Kids are so smart.

3. I just keep telling my sons that with another
4 years of the bush administration, they stand to inherit $10 trillion of Debt, rather than the measley $5 trillion they now stand to be paying on all their lives.

6. My 6 year lod doesn't like Bush
He thinks Bush is not bright and he didn't agree with the war. He thinks people will only get killed in a war.

7. LOL - Great story! Here's what my 8 year old said yesterday:
I was asking him why he thinks his friend's dad likes Bush so much. He said, "He told me that it's because Bush will lower his taxes."

I asked him what he thought of that, and he said, "Well, if we lower taxes, we won't have as much money to pay for things, and then later we will have to pay even higher taxes!"

Smart kid, eh?

My 12-year old is also on board, she wanted to know if her school's dress code would allow her to wear a "Buck Fush" t-shirt. (Not sure I would let her wear that one regardless, but I like the thought.)

8. My 5 Year Old Punched My Bush Dummy
All right folks...It really is true.

As proud owner of the famous "The Lyin' King" bush dummy, my son Jeremiah sees it all the time.

As my son, Jeremy, passed by it the other day, he knocked it out, in less than 1 round.

Note: The Lyin' King fights like a jellyfish.

FYI, now you can try it yourself. Check out my new flash animation - The Final Encounter

Remember, teach your children well.

Love,
Rocky aka Leslie Gabriel :headbang:

9. You're the Lyin' King guy?
I saw you at one of the last debates in Iowa, it was in the middle of a huge snowstorm, we were freezing and you gave us a great laugh!

Good job, keep it up!
