"Florida Circuit Court Judge Kevin Davey issued a temporary injunction last week preventing the state from putting Nader on the 2004 ballot, siding with a Democratic challenge that the Reform Party did not qualify as a national party under state law.

A hearing on a permanent injunction is scheduled for Wednesday. But Roberts said Hurricane Ivan, which is headed for Florida's Gulf coast, had raised "a substantial question as to when such a hearing" will be held."

3. They do nothing based on the real world of democracy
it's all premeditated and spelled out in their evil playbook.
The hurricane was a convenient excuse. Hopefully some journalists in Florida can make a story out of this.

4. They always close courts and government offices at times like this...
Most everything will be closed, and a lot of people will be gone..

A rainy day with wind gusts to 40 in a situation like this mean feeder bands.. and most people are already under manditory evacuation. They can't just leave everything open and running and the last second before the storm everybody get in the car and try to haul ass.

I have no idea about the injunction thing.. I don't really pay attention to Ralph Nader..

I'm just letting you know how it is when hurricanes approach. It would be stupid to have any court proceedings or anything like that probably for the rest of the week after today.

Heyo

6. So Is That It? They Award Nader a Place on the Ballot Illegally
and we can't do jack about it? Having Nader on the ballot makes it
so much easier to steal Florida because they can always claim that
the lefty voters went for Nader.

When it comes down to it, there isn't any way we can take Florida,
no matter how many Floridians vote for Kerry. The state is too corrupt.
