What Kerry needs to do and what we need to do
Sorry, couldn't help myself. But seriously, guys and ladies, this is what Kerry and Edwards need to do in the next 200 days:

1. Kerry needs to mop the floor with Bush in the debates not once, but three times. Stomp him so thoroughly that not even Pigboy can say Bush won and be taken seriously. I don't think this is much of a problem.

2. Edwards needs to do the same thing to Cheney. I know this won't be a problem.

3. Run a positive campaign. A positive campaign in this instance is "we're positive Bush is a bigger gangster than John Gotti, John Dillinger and Ken Lay combined, we're positive Bush is a fucking nightmare as president, we're positive Bush needs to be defeated in November."

4. On November 2, win the election.

5. On January 20, take the oath of office in the morning. Spend the afternoon arraigning the entire Bush administration.

6. By no later than noon on January 21, the entire Bush administration needs to be in jail awaiting charges to be thought up at a later time, or whenever we get around to it.

7. By no later than noon on January 22, Kerry needs to have his butt on an airplane heading to Iraq to sit down with the warlords and rulers there to try to get us out of this mess Bush started.

8. By no later than noon on January 25, Kerry needs to sign an executive order reinstating the Fairness Doctrine.

What we need to do is simple. We must do everything in our power to make sure Kerry wins this thing. As Benjamin Franklin once said, we must all hang together or we shall surely all hang separately.

2. Fully agree, especially
on Kerry needing to run a more "positive" campaign. "I am positive Bush is a liar. Here is the proof...." would be a good place to start.
