Note that it shows his address as Midland and that it includes date of offense and case number. In theory, shouldn't it be possible to get a complete copy of the arrest record, including his original driver's license number?

Can you really tell the police you live at a PO Box when you get arrested? Can you list a PO Box as an address on a drivers' license?

Back than, if the Bush family villa was outside Midland, a P. O. box may have been the best address available.

Only within the last ten or so years have rural residences been assigned "911" addresses. To make it possible for the rescue squad to find you, your residence is now known as 11659 Old Moonshine Hollow Road, even though everyone knows that you live a few miles back in on Route 649, just past the creek.

These numbers have been changed to protect the innocent.

The change in drivers license is the most damning piece of evidence because the old license will take you directly to an unexpungable record of his drug arrest and community service in Houston when he should have been in Alabama.

Bush's old address on Westheimer in Montrose of Houston might also be key here.

I have long wondered if James Bath might have also been arrested at the same time as GW Bush.
