1. what's boggling my mind so much..
Michigan and Wisconsin are so alike in regional influences, and yet the polls diverge a great deal. (Ohio too, now that I think about it.) Something is amiss here..

Yes, there is rural areas but there is also Milwaukee and Madison. And the rural areas, like in Iowa, are just being gobbled up by the corporate farms. I guess it has to be the Jesus factor at work and I suppose in a place like Ohio where there has been such job devestation they, too, must be waiting for Jesus to pay the mortgage.
