Bonehead screw-up in ANG speech: "War *on* Independence" -video

I heard the beginning of Bush's speech and I just knew that's what I heard him say. The US pres didn't say "War Of Independence" or "War For Independence". It was rather, like the War On Terror, the War On Independence. I went back and checked.
