could it have been a gag? I don't remember if B made that famous comment on tape or not. It sure reflects how he really thinks tho. Like in Woodward's book, when he says "Thass the interestin thing about bein president. Maybe somebody needs to explain to me why they say something, but I don't feel like I owe anybody an explanation."

Brrr. Both quotes still give me chills when I think of the kind of man they reveal.

3. That comment uttered by Bush was no gag and I have posted

it before as has many people, it is out there, the media I guess do not believe it is exactly a helpful thing for Bush to have uttered if he is to win this election as a so called war time president..
