reducing the number of voters. This is why Obama took the census duties from Judd Gregg. Michael Steele's party. :puke:

4. Republican cannot get elected in the future unless they change their ways. This is basically caging
voters well ahead of election season. Disqualify as many voters as possible.

12. Err.. I thought this was about reducing the power of poor/minority voters
Seriously, how can you lose the right to vote just because the census somehow forgets to count you? I mean the courts have ruled that homeless people can register things like a park bench as their address for where they vote, they'll show up to vote, but they might be hard to find to do a census.

15. It appears that what Gregg wanted to do with the census was help the GOP
redistrict in such a way that as many districts as possible would have a majority of GOP registered voters.

Then they could win back some House seats in the 2010 midterms.
