bush's POSITIVE accomplishments: the MILLION KICK THREAD
you must respond to this post in only one of TWO ways:

(1) list a single POSITIVE bush accomplishment during his days squatting in the oval office. if must be something that will be favorably remembered by at least 3 people OTHER than
(a) registered republicans
(b) bush campaign donors
(c) zell miller

OR

(2) KICK this thread to avoid it sinking like a stone amidst the sound of crickets chirping, to mix metaphors a bit....

14. I had an aunt who lost money
cause she had invested in one of those corporations that was bad. She is a Democrat (and will be voting for Kerry), but she is very glad that Bush's justice department went after the corporate crooks. She said some of them went to Bush and begged him to intercede but he was like No Dice. But I am curious--I bet the Justice Department has Democrats in it too. I mean it was probably at least a bipartisan effort to go after those crooks. But at least Bush did not stop it or anything. So I think that is a pretty good thing. But I don't think there have been many good things. I know Kerry will do lots more as President. We should start a thread where we talk about all the things Kerry has done in his Senate career.

23. hmmm I haven't been
voting for long, but I always for for the Democrat. That is just what my family does. However, a question was asked and that is one thing my family gives (grudgingly) this justice department has aggressively pursued some corporate crooks. Hey I doubt the justice department is entirely Republican probably lots of Democrats helped with this. But is is a good thing. Or do you disagree and think that corporate crooks should NOT be brought to justice?

All my family is still voting for Kerry and I am sure that after 4 years of his leadership there will be a lot more than 1 OK thing that we can think of.

20. the justice department
supposedly got lots of them. I know the Enron guys are some but there were others too. I would have to ask my Aunt but I think there have been quite a few to get prosecuted. It isn't really Bush (it is his justice department) but I think he gets some credit. Just like my softball coach gets credit for a win, even though I was the one that got 6 home runs. Maybe not fair but that is how it goes.

27. Getting inspectors back in Iraq
... but he went and blew it when he didn't have the patience to follow through and panicked, or whatever the reason you may speculate.

But getting inspectors back in and getting Hussein to cooperate was undeniably on it's own a great accomplishment.

28. Overthrowing the taliban
They allied themselves with an organization that attacked us, deposing the rule was a good thing on it's own.

But just as in my last example, he got impatient and completely blew it when he didn't follow through.

29. Stating the position for temporary worker amnesty
Granting temporary amnesty for workers from Mexico who are indeed contributing to our economy is a step in the right direction.

But again, he doesn't seem to be wanting to follow through. He's a quitter.

32. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??
my thought when creating this thread was that given the choice of finding something good about shrub or kicking the thread was that EVERYBODY except a freeper or two would kick the thread.

so this would be a thread with nothing but a million kicks, hence the HINT in the subject header, MILLION KICK THREAD.

but you people are actually TRYING to say good things about Resident Evil.

EVERYONE WAS SUPPOSED TO CHOOSE OPTION (2): KICK THE THREAD.

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE??
