Researchers--help me out

I have a friend who got that email; you know, the one about how there were only 35 murders in Detroit and how Truman and Johnson got us into Korea and Vietnam and how awful it was that they killed all those people. I think a lot of people have gotten it...tell me if you need to see it and I'll post it.

Someone already asked how to debunk it, but I can't find the thread. What did you researchers come up with?

I don't know what the memo is, but this is one of the best sites to research that sort of thing.

from the intro -- there's a webpage out there that debunks it.
