The Bush campaign is skilled at the use of propaganda and much of the news is being manipulated. Don't be taken in. The sky is not falling.

Just because columnists say that Kerry should quit doesn't make it so.

Just because talking heads say that the polls show Kerry trailing doesn't make it so.

Just because people post here on DU that Republicans have forested their neighborhood in signs doesn't make it so.

black is white and up is down. That's what I think to myself every time I hear the talking heads and read the polls.

Remember too that Kerry's right where he wants to be - the underdog. The talking heads are pronouncing him dead. Let them. According to them he's desperate, behind in the polls, angry, and his campaign is in disarray.

John Kerry is in the perfect position to beat expectations.
