A Dallas woman (older), pissed at Rove and Bush impuning Rather.

Anothe guy, (pissed off) ex vet said when he served, everyone knew all the Guard did was clean toilets, mop up and party. They smoked weed did coke. He called the Pres. a drug addict and said you can't trust a drug addict.

Another woman said a great story, that when Bush was running for congress, he had just given a speech and when Laura disagreed with him, saying that it was a bad speech, he ran his car through his garage. (Supposedly this story is corraborated by Barbara Bush as well as childhood friends, and is documented...(I just missed where it was documented)

It sure seems like regular folks are pissed off right now.

4. The last two telephone solicitors who called me to sell something

got side-tracked into extended talking about George Bush and what an open-sewer his Presidendy is turning into, especially concerning Iraq and the coming meltdown if things don't turn around in that country. Each one of them must have spent about 10 minutes on the phone discussing Bush instead of the long distance telephone service they wanted me to switch to, or the home improvement services they wanted to push, and I had to end the calls myself.

i'm 32 y/o, and i literally grew up watching dan do the news and 60 minutes. he is a trusted source in my subconscious and considering he was their for dinner every night of my childhood, we might as well consider him family.



i know when people dis dan, i have a visceral reaction, i'm sure there are many others across the US that feel the same way.
