Coming up next on CNN "Iraq Civil War Story"
About how the administration was given pessimistic news on iraq in July. Kerry press realease said this would be topic at National Guard Speech. I'm curious on how they will spin this. Will report so no one else has to get sick.

2. What? Iraq had a civil war?
What, years ago, like in the 19th Century like we did? Or is CNN actually admitting that Iraq isn't quite the land of rosy scenarios being sold by the corrupt Bush administration?

3. Rosy scenario
They spun it for *, saying he even admitted it and saud it was a better reason for staying the course, typical cnn bullshit.

4. "civil war" sounds like a Rove spin-job!!!
they're fighting each other, not us, is what is implied here. It's their mess, their civil war.

"Insurgency" has a negative connotation for the US -- reminds people that the Iraqi's don't want americans there. Insurgency means Iraqis vs. the US.

If you call this a "civil war" between tribes, then all of a sudden we are just the referees who are there to help both sides sort things out, and with a simple word change, we are the good guys all of a sudden.
