Call your Senators!!!!
I just did.

Everyone probably knows about the temporary injunction to keep Ralph Nader's name off the ballot. Some Supervisors of Elections are planning on mailing them out tomorrow with Nader's name on them before the appeal can be heard. Also demand the resignation of Glenda "Harris" Hood. She's trying every trick in the book to steal this election.

3. Isn't that a State matter?
I think we should have learned from Florida 2000 it is better to let States work out their own election issues.

Nader ballot question up to Florida high court

By JACKIE HALLIFAX
Associated Press Writer

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- The Florida State Supreme Court ordered elections supervisors Wednesday to not mail any absentee ballots - with or without Ralph Nader's name - until it decides if he belongs on them.

The high court scheduled oral arguments for Friday and noted it was aware of the deadline in state law that absentee ballots be sent to overseas voters by Saturday.

Nader has been on and off Florida's ballot for the last two weeks as lawsuits filed by the Florida Democratic Party and several individual voters challenged his qualification as the Reform Party candidate.
