President Obama's victory really hit many nerves. Obstruction by a thousand cuts?

It has been breathtaking to see the rich/highly privileged, the religious hypocrites, the ignorant, the main stream media, the "only one thing can be done at a time" linear thinkers, the right wing talk radio loonies, and all but three Republics in the Senate and House...opening a multi-front attack on anything and everything our President is trying to accomplish. I've never seen so many people care so little for the country, for people that are struggling - having power is all for some, and for the rest I am sure there are elements of racism and envy. I am so utterly disgusted.
