8. Sorta. About 5 years ago we tested some pretty draconian rules and mod enforcement.

The DU community, when canvassed, was pretty much opposed to that approach, about 60-40. As I recall, however, what it tried to 'cure' wasn't nearly as 'sick' as it is now.
