How is the GOP going to spin this economic crisis?
We already know they are trying by spouting off this CRA crap, but how are they going to try to further spin it in a way they can still argue that deregulation is bad, especially given what we're finding out? i.e.:

And how do we prevent it?

1. The GOP is irrelevant. The real problem is Evan Bayh and his "moderate" group

4. We Don't REALLY Have a Senate Majority At All
The Repiggies and the "Blue Dogs" have a working majority in the Senate.
They had a huge majority until 2006, which is why we could never filibuster anything.

5. Them Blue Dogs Pulled a Carl Sheeler...the guy who campaigned
3 years ago for a Senate seat from Rhode Island....against Whitehouse....and lost badly due to 8% support.

The point is the Pubs knew they was looking bad in 2006 so they sent many PUB OPs to run as DEMs...Carl being one of them it seems cause after losing to Whitehouse in the Primary...he then supported the Pub Candidate in the Gen....

The Pubs are like termites....
