Along with asking about legalizing pot
---

We need to hammer Obama about legalizing industrial use of hemp.

That giggling he did today turned me off.

You really think we are going to get a choice in health insurance (gov't or private)?
I saw the ugly corporate side of him today and my confidence is shaken.
Don't tell me he doesn't know better.
This laugh is sick and corporate to the core:

1. Oh please. Overreact much?

If you ever thought he was going to try to legalize pot, you only were fooling yourself. He's never said he would or even given the impression that he would

2. would have saved my family business
a textile factory.

it wasnt the giggling so much that turned me off, so much as the comment about not knowing what it says about the people submitting questions online... i dunno what that was supposed to mean...

apparently people online are just a bunch of know-nothing potheads.

the giggling didnt help.

people suffering who use marijuana to help arent laughing.

6. Right, because medical marijuana is the same issue as legalizing recreational use.
:sarcasm:

:)
But I like that you don't turn away from criticizing the President the way the other side did with Bush.

9. Actually he did...
He campaigned on on the pledge to form policy based on best available evidence, not ideology.

If modern Prohibition isn't a case of ideology over sound science, then nothing is.

And they bear repeating:

11. To legalize hemp and/or medicinal marijuana they need to...
heavily put out in the public the supporting research that will reduce resistance from the public. It needs to be done over and over and over.

12. I didn't like the giggle either and Obama is wrong. it would start the

money flowing in the US.

I just learned in another thread that Obama says 'god bless you' to people he meets and greets.
(Greek thread)

is he really a 'square', a 'goody two shoes'?
