Uh oh: G20 Obama-Worshiping Musical Chairs

On the BBC's Newsnight tonight (ie their heavyweight current affairs programme) they discussed talk of the G20 leaders' grim determination to be seated beside President Obama tomorrow so they'd look like they were best mates with the "star of the show". I now have this very troublesome image of Stephen Harper sitting on the President's head, Gordon Brown on his shoulders, Manmohan Singh on his feet and Angela Merkel on his lap. The musical chairs tomorrow could well be brutal, black eyes and burst lips everywhere. It's one hell of a spectacular difference from when world leaders scurried to avoid being photographed with GWB
