About that iPod

I find it interesting that comments focus on the material aspect of the gift, not the contents of the iPod itself. I suspect whoever planned this gift wanted to offer a compilation of memories of the Queen's trip to the US, and the iPod as an effective vehicle for delivering them.

BTW, what's wrong if the President wants to gift people with information and ideas rather than things?

10. and ipod PLUS...

She got an ipod that was preloaded with videos and pics of her visit to the US in 2007, PLUS a rare autographed Richard Rogers songbook. Those are big things that the media leaves out. He didn't just give her an ipod.
