Gordon Brown: Agreement on the largest macroeconomic stimulus the world has ever seen
Hundreds of reporters from all over the globe are at Gordon Brown's presser. The host PM says G-20 nations have agreed to "fight back" against the international economic crisis with "the largest macroeconomic stimulus the world has ever seen."

4. Are Americans going to continue paying for credit default swaps for the
wealthy elite throughout the world? Are American taxpayers going to continue paying for our jobs to be shipped overseas like BofA did (among other bankers) with TARP funds? We will give up more of our national sovereignty to the G20? Where is the money coming from and where is it going to? And what does it all mean to the lives of average Americans? I will hold off my applause until we have some hard answers.

7. Largest for US and the UK
European nations are the ones who are not implementing meg stimulus since they have economic stabilisers (unemployment benefits etc) in place. China isn't increase as much as the US but rather is the country which rising in this economic mess.

10. That is my understanding at this point as well.
Those countries have stablizers including single payer universal health insurance coverage as well. That really needs to be said if we want to get our own country on sound footing now and for future generations to come.
