NY-20 will probably go Republican

because up to now Murphy is up by 25 votes over Tedisco with about 10,000 absentee ballots not counted yet. Remember that Murphy surged in the last days of the campaign which means that if these ballots are from at least 2 weeks prior to the actual vote, then Tedisco will have a significant lead in these (absentee) ballots. It would be a shame to have lost NY-20 because David Paterson chose wildly popular Kirsten Gillibrand to replace HRC instead of appointing his new nemesis Andrew Cuomo or Carolyn Maloney. So now, we have the lawyers get in the act in this race... what a mess...
