President Obama's Weekend Schedule

On the 75th and 76th days of his presidency, President Obama will continue his trip to Europe and Turkey.

On Saturday morning, he will join Chancellor Angela Merkel and other heads of state in Kehl, Germany. They will walk across the Passarelle Mimram, a pedestrian bridge crossing the Rhine River which connects Kehl, Germany and Strasbourg, France. French President Nicolas Sarkozy will meet the leaders at the center of the bridge. They will then all walk across the bridge to Strasbourg, where they will attend a tribute to NATO military personnel, including those who have fallen in service.

Later in the morning, the president will attend the North Atlantic Council Summit meeting at the Palaiz de la Musique et Des Congres.

In the afternoon, Mr. Obama will hold a bilateral meeting with leaders of Greece. He will then hold a news conference at the Palaiz de la Musique et Des Congres.

Mr. Obama and the first lady will then travel from Strasbourg to Prague, Czech Republic. They will meet with U.S. Embassy personnel on arrival.

On Sunday, Mr. Obama will meet with President Klaus and Prime Minister Topolanek at the Prague Castle. He will deliver remarks at Hradcany Square. Following the speech, the president will attend the EU Summit working lunch at the Prague Congress Center.

Following the lunch, Mr. Obama, European Commision President Barroso, Prime Minister Topolanek and Prime Minister Reinfeldtwill briefly address the press pool. Mr. Obama will then hold separate bilateral meetings with Spain and Poland. He will then meet with former President Havel.

In the evening, Mr. Obama will depart Prague for Ankara, Turkey.

8:15AM: President Obama holds a news conference

9:25AM: President Obama departs Strasbourg en route Prague, Czech Republic

11:00AM: President Obama meets with U.S. Embassy personnel

4. He must be exhausted.
Non-stop, high-stakes state meetings.

I'm sure some of these events will be on C-SPAN, CNN, etc. We'll keep a watch out.

I can't even imagine how exhausted he must be. Yeah-of the cable news networks, I bet CNN will be the only one covering even part of these events.

we are all expecting him to throw out the first pitch for the white sox. 1 pm monday (ct)
he needs to schmooze a little with the ioc committee checking us out for 2016.
