Apparently the senate GOP leadership is saying that the legal battle will rage for years. This is outrageous.

2. If it was reversed and Frankin was a Republican I think Pawlenty would somehow
seat him. The Dems need to fight for this a lil harder. It has to be a way to get this guy seated already.

and of course the whore media would be on it every single day about how Franken not conceding was holding us up from dealing with the problems of the country.
