Is it just an Italian being overly apologetic for their PM? Did Berlusconi do something that needs to be apologized for? Was it him that inisted that Barack make that cheesey "thumbs up" sign in that photo?

9. There is a lot to apologize when it comes to Berlusconi, from destroying the Italian media, to his
