CEOs more or less choose their boards, who in turn lobby together to reward the CEO who chose them, with a sooooper-dooooper wage package..

The politicians who go to the CEOs, hands outstretched to receive campaign cash , have a "union" (their fellow legislators)

The ONLY people in the chain who are somehow denied the opportunity to organize , are the "service employees" who actually do the work..

3. Well, it's over 2 million strong, but it seems kinda weird to me
You'd think these people would be making some decent wages.

The Service Employees International Union is the largest and fastest growing union in North America, focused on uniting workers in the key service sectors to improve their lives and the services they provide. The 2 million members united in SEIU across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico work in three service industry "divisions": *

Health Care - With over 1 million members in the field, including nurses, LPNs, doctors, lab technicians, nursing home workers, home care workers.

Public Services - SEIU is the second largest union of public service employees with 850,000 local and state government workers, public school employees, bus drivers, and child care providers - 49,000 of which joined SEIU in early 2005 in one of the largest union elections in U.S. history.

Property Services - SEIU is the largest property services union, with 225,000 workers who protect and clean commercial and residential office buildings, and is the largest security union, with 50,000 private security officers and public safety personnel
