I don't mind watching either part, although I'm more interested in seeing Joe Trippi smack down John King over the alleged
pro-Obama media bias than listening to his ruminations over Edwards' messy affair.

4. I dunno. I think the "What did the campaign staff know, and when did they know it?" question

should be asked. And the issue is germane to the question of his use of campaign funds to facilitate this "relationship" with the mother of his youngest child. It's not just his career--he could end up being fined for his misconduct.

I find it amazing that he could lie so brazenly. I have to say, he always came off as a bit "insincere" to me. I thought to myself, in a second-guessing sort of way, could it be that I am being unfair/stereotypical because of his accent? I told myself I should listen harder to his message, but no matter what, I was always left with a bit of a sense of "phony" that I had to work overtime to ignore when it came to him.

I thought his wife--fat from all those hormones, or thin with cancer--was much more authentic, and the better politician, frankly.

I am also astounded that he continued to insert himself into the endorsement process with Clinton and Obama with this babydaddy issue hanging over his head, having them come and kiss his ring to "get" his supporters...when what he should have done was tell all his people early on that they were free agents.

It's more than hubris--it's almost pathological. He thought he was special, and he could get away with it.

He has some very good ideas. I just think he's not "Big Cheese" material....he's better managing a specific aspect of a campaign, rather than trying to oversee an entire effort.
