White House Releases Souvenir Easter Egg Design and Availability
Edited on Sun Apr-12-09 12:19 PM by Top Cat

Rolling Easter eggs on the White House South Lawn is a celebrated tradition in our Nation’s Capital. For more than a century, Presidents and First Ladies have opened the gates of the White House grounds and hosted the festivities.

Although the Egg Roll has had many celebrity guests over the years, the most anticipated guest of the day is the official White House Easter Bunny. However, the highlight remains the rolling of hard-boiled Easter Eggs across the lawn and the special souvenir each child receives for attending–a colorful wooden egg signed by President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.

The National Park Foundation is pleased to help make these special, souvenir wooden eggs available to the public. Each egg is made in the U.S. from FSC-Certified hardwood from sustainably mangaged forests. Purchase your official 2009 White House Easter Eggs now!

For questions or international shipments, please call 888-849-7438 to place your order.
