Looking for talking points for counter-protest at tomorrow's KKK Rally...er...teabagging party.
Edited on Tue Apr-14-09 04:00 PM by jefferson_dem
I'll be crashing tomorrow evening's hatefest at the Georgia Capitol in Atlanta, in Obama gear and bearing posters reading "GOP = Rush's Party of NO, Invested in Failure" and "Hey Teabaggers, Enjoy Those Tax Cuts, Courtesy of President Obama and the Democratic Congress."

I expect nasty confrontations with teabaggers and was looking for a few hefty talking points to lean on. Sure, "you suck, fuck off and die!" is good and on point but what about some economic-related tps since that will be the focus of their vitriol? You know them. "Socialism...redistribution of wealth...mortgage kid's future...blah blah blah." I have a few in mind (No balanced budgets under Repugs, Raygun inflated the deficit to $3 trillion, tax cuts to 95% not good enough?, $700 trillion to build bridges in Tikrit but now you compain about building them in Toledo, etc) but would love to hear yours.

Thanks! :hi:

1. Best of Luck to you My Friend
How bout, you dumb fuck conservatives obviously have no idea what the Boston Tea Party was all about. That was REAL Patriots protesting taxation without representation. How many of you worthless fucking humps were forcibly prevented from voting in 2008?

What are ya gonna do next, declare Springsteen's "Born in the USA" a conservative anthem? Oooops, your Messiah Reagan already did that.

The tax and spend liberals didn't tax us enough to pay for bush's eight year drunken spending spree and now all of a sudden you are concerned with government spending?!??

Go Get Em Jeff Dem!!!!

2. Why bother. Don't feed the beast. However small, whiny and inconsequential it is.
And what's the point of collecting talking points.

Do you really think these racist, hateful dead-enders will listen to one word you have to say.

By going, all you are doing is feeding their paranoid dreams that someone actually gives a shit about their ridiculous astroturf, corporate-sponsored circus.

11. I had thought about going but based on the AJC crowd projection
around 8,000 to 9,000 people I'm not sure how safe it will be. Please be careful because these are very ignorant crazed people.
