6. Actually the cartoon is one of Oliphant's from the campaign, complete with little penguin....

It's only the context that makes it look so bad -- I'm sure Oliphant never intended for the freeps to post it for their own purposes. (You should have seen how he portrayed Hillary -- I don't think he liked her at all.)
