Is Pres. Obama's economic stimulus plan fiscally responsible?

I do love this tidbit about the Utah rally:

Tax day tea parties are happening in cities across the country. Organizers are expecting 400 to 700 rallies on the streets and online.

Ok, so now we're counting people online? haha, that's a good way to inflate numbers. And from the looks of it, the Salt Lake rally sucked ass.
