His criticism is meant to create controversy and as a result, immunize himself from war crimes prosecution, because it would appear to be nothing more than retribution for the criticism rather than the substance of the charges themselves.

6. Dick Cheney has a dilemma!!!!

Cheney has had big-time power for so long, and with his ego, it isn't something he wants to give up or retire from. Then, he wants to protect his ass from all his crimes against the US Constitution and humanity. He is one nasty, narcissistic creep who not only needs to control the power, he has to drown out the citizen demand for investigations.

That's not to say he won't be found guilty. Any honest jury will convict him. I just think he will die before serving any time. We need to try him anyway though. Torture is torture, and crime is crime. The world needs to know that America is once again America, and our politicians need to know that they aren't above the law.
