The louder we scream for justice, the more people will hear us, the greater the need for action

I'm still quite sure that justice will be served.

Perhaps, I'm too much of an optimist.

But, I really think that the actions required to serve justice that need to be taken by the Obama administration still depend on our loud, fervent and constant encouragement.

If we want President Obama to do the right thing regarding the Bush Administration's crimes, we must be the ones to lead the way to give him the unshakable clout to accomplish such a thing.

Momentum is very hard thing to start in American politics.

But once it begins, it's a very hard thing to stop.

Obama won't listen to public pressure, either, especially if Democrats on the Intelligence committees at the time acquiesced to torture and war crimes.

significant differences between them.

Not to mention the fact that what you're saying just sounds like an excuse to not do anything at all.

Yeah, all the protesting didn't do a damned thing when Bush was in office. He is incapable of listening to anything that goes against what he wants.

I don't think that's true of Obama.

Yeah, right now there are things that people are angry about, but you just cannot judge what he might or might not do using what happened under Bush.

Why don't we all give a shout, and keep shouting, to see what he will do.

It's not just up to him to take care of things.

It's also up to us to tell him what we WANT changed.
