Our Community Co-op, where I work, got an Award for contributing to the health of the Environment by the Mayor in a ceremony where a lot of Green dedicated people came to talk about their ongoing work and successes.

The Obama administration was mentioned twice as in "things are looking up in Washington with the new administration as far taking our country in a different direction for health and the Environment".

Nobody there would be this happy if we still had the same ol deadenders in DC.

Unless one actually reads the article and sees that this decision came after the meetings in Trinidad, where they concluded that they may not have to actually reopen the original agreement as thought to work out the outstanding issues...
