I have this Funny Feeling
That President Obama has Dick Cheney as well other Republicans by the balls!

I don't know why....but I think we are about to see some "bipartisanship" very soon!

4. Or something like that.
I think that arguing "For" torture is not going to seem like a very good strategy
in just a little while.
I think that folks, soon enough, are going to be on their best behavior....
although I don't think it will help them very much.

Some Democrats too, btw.

6. That's my sense too. I watched Karl Rove today and it was the first time I've seen him without his
"I am so superior to all of you" smile. He honestly seemed worried IMO. Video in the political forums if anyone is interested.

18. It's clearly half empty
Edited on Wed Apr-22-09 11:16 PM by jberryhill

Anyone can see the glass is half empty.

For reference:

That is a half empty glass.

Any reasonable, rational, normal and sane person can see it is half empty.

Anyone not seeing that as a half empty glass is insane.

21. Now see here

You only believe it is half full because you are an Obama-worshipping zombie.

Obama could strangle kittens on the White House lawn and you would come up with some justification for it.

Your insistence that the glass is half full confirms that you should sign up for Obot-Underground.

And your support of kitten strangling makes you sub-human.

Welcome to my ignore list you, you, you half-full glass seer, you.

14. I hope you're right but Obama can't do this alone
We need to demand prosecutions because if Obama is going to push for prosecutions he is going to need to be able to show that the public demands it. We should not just wait and see what he does, we need to work to provide him the cover he needs to do it.

Through the "Enhanced Interrogation" techniques. The release of the additional memos from chEEney will show that.

This in spite of the fact that the timeline does not match previous Bush administration statements. They worked hard yesterday and will be pushing this meme along with it is purely political.

30. We still haven't seen the other set of Abu Ghraib pics yet.
For awhile, I admit that I was thinking, "Oh, shit," Obama's gonna let it all pass.

Now I think he has the next several moves planned. MSM is finally, after all these years, talking about torture. Whenever the buzz peaks and starts to die down, there will be more. Buzz. Buzz die down. More. Buzz. Buzz die down. More. One of those "mores" will include the pictures, videos, and/or personal reports from the worst of Abu Ghraib, which the ACLU has been trying to get for God knows how long.

While the criminal cabal learn the meaning of "twisting slowly in the wind," one thing after another will be exposed. When we finally see or hear children under ten being raped by foreign objects while their mothers are forced to watch, America will finally say, "Enough." Nobody but Murdoch's Liars Brigade and some Congressslitherers from Tent Meeting County will still be defending the Cheney Inquisition.

BTW, that's a perfect picture to illustrate your point. I think the time is gonna come when Republicans see that expression and immediately think, "Bring me my brown pants."
