Something I we haven't talked about on this thread. The brilliant and wonderful FrenchieCat and several other posters have said we have to work together to make sure the media is on top of this and stating factual news. We need the media honest in this and we need them on our side. From experience I know many on here have dumped MSM or ignored it, or just threw out their television. Well if you don't have one...watch it streamed. Do something and be aware of what their saying. We need to change the dialogue. I support the American people, not only because I am one and love this nation but because there's that ember in a tornado that has always remained lit hoping that this nation will show it's true colours. On election day that flickering ember flamed anew and I wept not because of the historic precedent which was President Obama, but because the American people disproved the world that we are a nation of awakened people and not sheep or drones. I hope this doesn't make me sound as though I'm waxing poetic or being egotistical. But when GW was elected the first time I was living in London and I remember saying...not knowing that he had actually won, that if Bush was elected I would be stating here is the moment when the decline of America began. And sadly, unfortunately, we actually could say that. Economically, individually, collectively, we were just robbed. Who would have thought someone like that and all those around him could have done that within 8 years---almost lead to the end of this nation. It's shameful and on a certain level...we contributed. Either through voting, complacency, or ignorance. For those who fought...keep fighting because it's not over yet and it won't be over EVER.

I noticed during the primaries the way people unified to get our current President into office and the utter joy, tears, and relief that spread over everyone when they were able enjoy the fruits of their labor...our labor.


It's not over yet. It won't be over and when we're gone other will have to hold the torch against tyranny, totalitarianism and those who piss on the rule of law to enact oppressive, degrading, and illegal ideologies to get the "job" done.

We now have to rally against the people who want to carry on their wicked agenda that's brought us to this mess and I mean we need to work to put pressure on the fools who are restricting or holding back the seats that remain to be filled. There are quite a few people I mentioned the two main ones above. One that advocates for the rights of the people and the rule of law while the other fights to bring health care and it's reform for the nation.

I don't know if it's been done and if it can be done. But I do realize something. If so many on the left can band together to put pressure on President O and claim credit for what they presume is a "change of heart or mind," then I would advocate we need your support the most in order to get these people seated as soon as possible. We need to use MSM pressure and our own public pressure on these Senators who sit on those boards to get these people seated because basically for all the greatness our President has achieved in less than 100 days he's still crippled by not being fully staffed. This cannot go on.

As so many of us organized to have O seated successfully, the way so many of us are organizing and rallying against the abuses of the banks, how we're going to hold MSM accountable for what they say and do, we also need to work to get Obama his FULL team.

We have a lot of people and two of the ladies above will be fundamental. We can't allow the Obstructionist Party to get away with this any longer and this is another thing President Obama needs us to rally around.

As a note I don't have the names of the people on what committee and their contact info on hand. So if anyone is willing to provide that it would be helpful.
