I know we shouldn't, but telling that traitorous clown to GTFO would be so nice. }(

Happy thoughts

1. We still need sixty votes
Even if they finally seat Frankel, that will give us 60. Without Lieberman, it will be back to 59.

Looks like we're stuck with him..

8. No. Remember that Jim Martin lost the run-off election in GA to that slimeface
Saxby "Shameless" Chambliss. :puke::puke:

Had Martin won, we would have had 60 and then LIEberman would be a goner.

I notice that Ed Schultz makes this mistake, too. He keep saying that with Franken, the Dems have 60 votes. Not true. We had 59 with Franken. Now with Specter we'll have 60.

4. Is he running in 2010 or 2012?
We can beat Joementum either way. Just let him fester until then.

9. Oddly, Lieberman is more "progressive" on most issues than Specter
I am not a Lieberman fan by any means, but I'd rather toss asshats like Evan Bayh or Ben Nelson off the boat first.

But actually, keep them all in and challenge them in their primaries and replace them that way.

10. you got it
take the Israel blinders off Lieberman and he is solid progressive...the problem is you can't get the Israel blinders off him.

He is highly progressive in social issues but becomes a damned chickenhawk warthumping POS in the ME
