9. I'm thinking Sestak is the 'warning shot' for Specter....
As long as Specter keeps his end of the deal then Pa Dems will keep theirs and not run someone. Sestak's 'wait & see' is the PA Dems saying we will run someone if you dick us over.

Sestak could definitely keep Specter on his toes.
