Joe Sestak on MSNBC... He is using a wait-and-see approach with regards Running for Senate in 2010.

He said that things always change and that he wants to wait and see how Specter acts. Also said that he ran for Congress even though the DCCC didnt want him to run, so it sounded like he was saying that he doesnt mind defying the DSCC.
