9. You know, I've always looked forward to the debates ...

I can't really say the same this time around with Bush being the Great Manipulator that he is, with the moderators for the debates past all having been such bush shills, with Kerry being the honest and truthful person that he is ..... I can't get excited about a debate that will be, in all probability, rigged and tilted towards the bush side.

Please excuse the downturn of my soul ... it just took it this afternoon when Bush just very intentionally, and very misguidedly, misquoted Kerry's speech in New York City today making it appear as if Kerry had said that he preferred the safety of a dictatorship than the risks of a war on terror... which is nothing, absolutely nothing even slightly related to what that Kerry said.

If he is such a skillful liar, he will use his lies in the debate and then he will hide behind the moderators to let his lies stand. IMAGINE if JUDY, THE ASP, WOOF WOOF GETS TO BE ONE OF THE MODS FOR THE DEBATE, along with Candy Crowley, or LESLIE BLITZER, or ...
so many other Bush Shills.

Why not have Arundhati Roy, Toni Morrison or Cornell West; Amy Goodman,Gore Vidal, or Greg Palast as the Mods ... or even one of them as one of the moderators for one of the debates.

Bush and his whore James Baker would never consent to anything like that. They got all the cards and they know how to use them.

I am, I admit, sinking into pessimism.
