Senator Whitehouse Just Did an AWESOME Job Defending the Public Healthcare Option

He was on Morning Joe and he defended the public option extremely well against the counter arguments. He kept his cool and smiled the whole time, even when they got a little disrespectful toward him. That's what made them listen to him and they actually did listen and give him credit. This gives me a great feeling and hope about the possibility of this becoming a reality.

1. I sincerely believe that Whitehouse is good Presidential material

for the future. He is one sharp guy. He is amazing on the Judicial Committee, former USA and all.

3. He did keep his cool....how I really don't know.

Scar goes on and on..in love with his own voice, narcissistic bastard that he is.
He barely shuts up long enough for his guests to get a single sentence out.
Then Mika coos , "Oh..we just HAVE to have you back soon!"
What for? So "Sarcastic Joe" can hog all the "on-air" minutes as usual.
I keep waiting for a guest to say, "If you'd shut the fuck up for a minute, I'll be happy to respond to your question."

4. My problem with Morning Joe

is that I just can't take him even if my morning joe is heavily spiked. But good for Sheldon - agreed he is definitely presidential material. Brilliant, principaled man.
