My Message to Conservatives Regarding 2004 Election
moveleft.com

If you're a conservative visiting this website, perhaps George W. Bush hasn't met your expectations.

If you're ready to give someone else a chance, voting for John Kerry would be the best way.

But if you can't vote for Kerry or Bush, there are alternatives, including:

Michael Badnarik of the Libertarian Party
http://www.libertarianparty.org

He may be on your state's ballot, and if not, you can write in "Michael Badnarik."

4. Have you tried these arguments
For your Mom: John Kerry voted for Welfare Reform with 5 year-lifetime limits, he's no socialist.

For your Dad: some of John Kerry's friends died in Vietnam, and he didn't want more people to die. The end of the war meant the release of POWs.

For your sister: If she thinks he's a flip-flopper over the $87 billion appropriation:

There were 2 versions of the bill, and Kerry voted for the better one which would have taxed the rich to pay now instead of everyone paying with interest later.

Bush threatened to VETO the $87 billion if even a small part of it were a loan to oil-rich Iraq.

6. Believe Me I have tried Everything and after a while....
We just slide into insults or screaming (not with my mom,she has to many health issues).

My dad is a vet and he wont see it that way (Jane Fonda and all).
My sister is the worst she calls Kerry a "dummycrat". We just scream at each other when we talk politics..so we both try not to.
